FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We are open from 9.00am until 9pm Monday – Saturday and from 9.00am until 8pm on Sundays. Last admission is one hour before closing. Please note on occasions that the course is really busy this time may be brought forward.

We are open every day except Christmas day.

We do not operate a booking system and you are simply required to turn up and play. On very busy days this may mean a small queue.

There is no limit to the size of a group that can attend. However the maximum group size for each hole is 6 people. We would always advise large groups to contact the centre in advance of attending.

We do not offer refunds but your ticket does not have an expiry date and therefore you are welcome to visit on another occasion.

We estimate it takes around 90minutes in a group of 4 depending on how busy we are.

You are welcome to take a break from your round and seek shelter in Oscar’s café to take shelter, and then resume your round once the weather improves. Please note we do not offer refunds for bad weather, however if we require the course to close during your round due to adverse weather then we will issue a voucher to play on another occasion.

Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18 when playing. Non-playing adults are allowed free entry when supervising children under the age of 14.

A family of 4 is 2 adults & 2 children or 1 adult & 3 children.

(Children are aged between 4 & 15 years of age.)

Yes, the course is fully accessible for pushchairs.

Yes. We also have several disabled parking spaces.

Yes, we have a baby changing station.

There is ample parking and parking for the disabled on site free of charge.

No, With the exception of guide and hearing dogs.

Dogs are not allowed on the adventure golf course, however well behaved dogs are welcome on the patio area outside of Oscar’s café.

We will attempt to get you onto the course as soon as possible but there may be a slight delay due to the number of visitors

Official parties booked through the golf centre will receive priority when all guests have arrived. This may mean a slight delay to other visitors waiting to play?

You are welcome to bring your own putter but must use one of our golf balls provided.
